Big Bear Mountain Water is bottled at our source, derived from springs clusters known as Indian Springs, Dripping Springs and San Manuel Springs located on the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians reservation, as well as other springs in the Big Bear Mountain region. The water from the spring naturally rises to the surface. Water from the reservation is then piped, with the help of gravity, into large tanks located at the bottling facility less then one mile away.

Our Spring Water Purification Process
| | The water is micro-filtered to remove particulates, including inorganic materials and elements found naturally in the water. |
| | Pulsed broadband light called PureBright is used to eliminate all living organisms in the water. This process destroys the nucleic acid of any possible cells in the water. |
| | Ozone (O3), a natural purifier, is then introduced to the water. |
| | The water is passed through an ultraviolet light, further ridding it of inorganic elements. |
| | Once the water has completed all steps of the purification process it is bottled. The mineral composition of the water is not altered in this purification process. |

| | The water then enters a reverse-osmosis filtration system that strips the water of all the minerals. |
| | Selected natural minerals are then added to the water for taste. |
